How are live plants packed for shipping?
Plants are carefully prepared and securely packed to minimise movement, moisture loss and transit damage. Packaging may vary according to the plant's size and type.
Will the plant I receive look exactly like the photograph?
Plants are living products, so natural variations in height, foliage, branching, colour and growth stage are expected. Product photographs represent the variety and its potential appearance.
Will flowering or fruiting plants arrive with flowers or fruits?
Not necessarily. Flowering and fruiting are seasonal and depend on plant maturity and growing conditions. Flowers, buds or fruits visible in product photographs should not be considered guaranteed at the time of delivery unless specifically mentioned.
What should I do after receiving my plant?
Unpack it carefully, inspect the plant and allow it to acclimatise in a bright but protected location. Avoid immediate repotting, fertilising or exposure to harsh afternoon sunlight unless the plant's specific care instructions recommend otherwise.
What if my plant is damaged during transit?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within the applicable claim period and share the required photographs and/or unboxing video. Eligible cases are handled according to Plant Store's replacement policy.
How do I know which plant is suitable for my home or garden?

Why can a plant look slightly stressed after delivery?
Live plants may experience temporary transit stress because of several days inside packaging. Minor leaf drooping or yellowing can occur, and plants generally begin adjusting once unpacked and placed under suitable conditions.
When should I repot a newly delivered plant?
Avoid rushing to repot a plant immediately after delivery unless necessary. Allow it to acclimatise first and repot once it appears stable and healthy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared on your Whatsapp so you can follow the shipment's progress.
