Customer Happiness Guarantee

We guarantee that your plants will arrive in a happy, healthy condition. However, if they don’t, we’ll take full responsibility and offer a free replacement under our 7-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee.

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a plant that isn’t in perfect shape. While it’s natural for live plants to show minor signs of stress after transit, if the condition goes beyond small blemishes, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order—we’ll make it right for you.

This guarantee applies to all online purchases within the first 7 days. We may request photos of the plant to better understand the issue and continuously improve our packaging process.

Please note, slight stress like bent stems or yellowing leaves can occur during transit. You can help your plant recover by gently pruning any damaged foliage—this allows the plant to redirect its energy towards fresh, healthy growth.

If a shipment has been successfully dispatched from our end but remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect/incomplete shipping details, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, such orders will not be eligible for refund.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect plant, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear images with us at:
