🌍 Delivery Coverage
- We currently deliver only within India.
- Orders are shipped to PAN India via our trusted courier partners.
🚚 Shipping Speed
- Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours or as per the delivery date confirmed during checkout.
- Orders are delivered in 2 to 5 Days from the date of dispatch depending on the Pin Code.
- Shipped through express delivery; if unavailable at your PIN code, standard shipping will be used.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on courier services and destination logistics.
🕒 Delivery Timelines & Limitations
- Deliveries on Sundays or public holidays are subject to courier partner operations and may not be guaranteed.
- Early or delayed deliveries may occur due to third-party logistics.
- Courier partners may not call prior to delivery. Ensure a complete and accurate address and recipient availability at the time of delivery.
🚫 Missed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)
- Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If undelivered, the package is returned to origin (RTO) and no refund will be issued.
- Delivery address cannot be changed once an order is dispatched.
📦 Packaging & Product Variation
- All items are carefully packed at our warehouse to ensure safe transit.
- Plants may vary in size, shape, and foliage compared to display images.

💰 Delivery Charges
- Free shipping on all plants and organic fertilizers.
- Delivery Charge of 100 INR or 5% of the total cart value whichever is higher is applied.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will have Delivery Fee.
🧾 No Hidden Fees
- The total amount shown at checkout is the final payable amount.
- No additional charges at delivery.
