  • Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours or as per the delivery date confirmed during checkout.

  • Orders are delivered in 2 to 5 Days from the date of dispatch depending on the Pin Code.

  • Shipped through express delivery; if unavailable at your PIN code, standard shipping will be used.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on courier services and destination logistics.

  • Deliveries on Sundays or public holidays are subject to courier partner operations and may not be guaranteed.

  • Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If undelivered, the package is returned to origin (RTO) and no refund will be issued.

  • Delivery address cannot be changed once an order is dispatched.

  • Orders below โ‚น490 incur a nominal shipping fee (shown at checkout).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include an additional fee.
