Shipping & Replacement
We always aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. All live plants are shipped by air wherever possible, while in-eligible PIN codes may be served through a partial-air shipping route.
In case of any transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products, please report it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and an unboxing video, so we can arrange a fresh replacement.
